I recently rebuilt a GM 2.2L ecotec engine from a Saturn. I had to pull it again as it was dumping oil all over. I inspected it close, and replacing  the new rear main seal no matter what. The seal looked real good still. Is there any other areas on the flywheel end that's under pressure?  I resealed both halves of the bottom, mains section, and oil pan section.  Seemed like it was coming out as fast as I can pour it in. Yes, I am experienced at engine rebuilding, and never came across a engine like this. Any tips would be great. I don't want to pull it again.

suggest to replace the Main seal, and use a little bit of wheel bearing grease to lube the inne part so that the friction of the crank shaft not "burning" the seal @ first startup. never , ever use a srew driver to replace the seal.

I traded my 99 sentra for a 2000 saturn sc2, only problems it's an auto and the sunroof doesn't like to close all the way once opened. Other than that, getting 32 mpg.

Dumping out oil? That sounds pretty normal for a Saturn.
