Project for $50,000 - $75,000

I live a stressful life and I need to take some time away from everything. I've always been fascinated by cars, but have never had access to the hands on experience that I desire.

I'm looking to spend around $50,000, but can go up to $75,000 (or more if needed). I don't really care much about the price, I'm just looking for something that will both be a good learning experience for someone new to the field, and something that will go fast. I'm not a racer, but I believe there will be a sense of satisfaction owning a car full of power, which I created.

From what I've been researching, a Mark IV Supra seems to be a popular car. I've seen them going for around ~$15,000 - does anyone have any feedback on this?  

If money is really not an issue to you, I honestly would go for: NSX, 93 Mark IV Supra (as you mentioned), 93 RX7, EVOs or WRX/STI (Very common though), Lotus, s2000, and much more. If you want a car that goes extremely fast, the supra would be the best choice. Handling would prob be the lotus, but yea. Do your research and see which one you like the most
