Hi,
I was wondering.... what is the difference between OE and Aftermarket and OEM. Because i know OEM is Original Equipment manufacturer and i know Aftermarket is Secondary manufacturer so what the hell is OE i looked it up in my tech book it says Original Equipment. How the fuk is that supose to help me its confusing some1 plz... let me knw thanks

Yeah, OEM and OE are the same exact thing... THOUGH, some aftermarket companies make OEM remanufactured parts that are exactly what the manufacturer made, only remanufactured. Then there are the aftermarket stuff that aren't OEM, fit like OEM, but don't perform like OEM, though they label it as OEM... To keep simple, OEM is dealer stuff that is new, remanufactured stuff is OE, generally and aftermarket is, well, aftermarket. I'm not helping, am I? OEM is parts that were made by GM, Ford, Chrysler, Mazda, Subaru, Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Hyundai, Dihatsu, Ferrari... You get the point. OE is the same thing... :0 wow, I even confused my self! LOL!
