i am lookking to buyy some nice coils for my 300zx and i just wanna see what you all suggest

I think those are a "COP" design. (coil on plug) There are a few plasma type designs that are pretty powerful, but you would have to get the plugs as well. Plasma plug and coil kits aren't cheap, though. See if they make a set for your 300ZX. I think they do.
How you drive is your buisness. Remember that you're not the only one on the road!
