What's goin on everyone? I wasnt sure where to put this topic. My Name is Joe, Im 25, fresh outta the military and back to the states from Okinawa Japan, after 4 four years. I live in Killeen TX and will be moving shortly to Corpus Christi. I own a 1994 Toyota Celica St202 that shipped back from Okinawa. Its RHD, 5 speed, FWD, with a 3sfe. My goal when starting the this project was to build an eye catching RHD Celica and bring it back state-side. Power wasnt really the goal at the time. But now that Ivve accomplished building her and importing her here, Im looking forward to starting the next stage in this build which is power. This winter I plan to swap my 3sfe for a 3sgte and looking at reach the 350-400whp range, nothing to big but enough to hang. I look forward to learning alot here and to conitnue building my 202 into something worth while.

You and I have a love affair with the 3SGTE engine, bro. I want to swap one of those engines into my 1997 Rav4. I'm also looking to achieve those same numbers. What a small world. The 3SGTE essembly will need its own ECU as opposed to what it already has, because the engine has more sensors that will need to communicate with the ECU. Plus, if the turbo will be digitally controlled, it will be better if you worked out a plan for a piggy back system. Or, if you could, just get an all around stand alone to do all the needed monitoring. I plan on doing the latter of the two with a complete wire harness swap. It's not a small job, but it pays dividends in the end. Have fun with it, bro.
How you drive is your buisness. Remember that you're not the only one on the road! Educate, don't hate.
