Hey everybody! I'm sort of a noob to this whole fixing and tuning thing but Ive worked on cars my whole life with my pops and now I'm purchasing my first set of wheels, a 1990 Toyota Celica GT. I know, not the best pic for a car to tune but I fell in love with it and it was cheap. I'm going to try to make it a little more peppy and soothing to the eyes on a small budget. So I need some advice from u veterans out there to what I can do to the car that wouldn't cost much but still gives the car a good kick. And anything goes, nothing is to buzzard just tell me what y'all would do, Thanks alot

if you can find yourself some better performance Cams, that probably the first move you should do.
Second, change the stock intake piping for a better one( Aftermarket short ram or cold air kit)
3rd, install a Cat-back system and headers unless want to test out the turbo route.
...From there, there's a few little things that can add up to make a HP change but that's for you to find out :P
