I have a firebird with aftermart seats, i was woundering how hard it would be to install Sparco 4pt harnesses in it without a Harness bar, also which would be better, Bolt in or snap in ?

Depending on the ratings either or should work (bolt-in/snap-in). And as for the difficultness of installing the Sparco 4pt harness, well we will not know unless you try

I would try getting in touch with Sparko them selves and see what they recommend. They should have a help hot line or some thing.
How you drive is your buisness. Remember that you're not the only one on the road!
