Ok here is my dilema. I have a 1998 VVTI supra NA auto. By now you know the problem. The NA auto part, I have considered many options such as single turbo kit, full engine and tranny swap, and selling and taking my chance on finding a 2JZGTE 6spd that isnt over priced, or selling and just settling for something like a 350z 6spd. The supra is a 98 and is in great shape with low miles and I got it for $18000 about a year ago. It was cool then jsut having a supra(my dream car) but now it isnt enough. I am just looking for some advice and other ideas. Thanks

Depends on what the market is like in your area.
If you're hellbent on keeping a supra (which I personally would), then it would best benefit you to sell the NA outright and find a reasonably priced TT.
another option is to keep the Na and do a small turbo install, maybe somethign used like a T67 in good shape, which may not neccessitate the need for a motor swap. Tranny swap, yeah, I don't think the NA auto would hold down more than 350hp on a regular basis, but an R154 (MKIII supra 5-speed tranny) is a good swap and pretty cheap as well. Weigh your options according to cost, look around on supraforums for cheap prices, otherwise...theres nothign wrong with a 350Z. I traded one of those for my TT supra, and enjoyed both cars. Hope this helps.
