turbo or built ITB

hey i was scopin ebay for parts yesterday and i saw d16 ITB (individual throttle bodies) i was wondering if it would be better if i boosted it instead of building a itb motor, i know the d series isnt all that great but i have a built 1994 6bolt 4g63 so i just wana build a clean sohc people dont wana mess with i know i could fabricate a intake for the itb so i could boost it but what would be better?
