What's up? I have a need for speed but don't have the knowledge of how to increase the horses. Can you all advise me to which turbo charger I should use for my 02 monte carlo ss. Thanks.

Bro... I would rethink what it is you really want to do with the SS. I wouldn't slap a turbo on any thing that is stock and that's my first suggestion before I go into any other advice about the SS. I like the SS. It reminds me of the old school stuff that my step dad used to work on. It's nastalgic for me, but you want power for a GM product and you want to slap a turbo on it. It's a good thought, but you have to rebuild the engine with components that will handle the extra forced induction that a turbo makes. If it's a V6 or a V8 the style of the system may require a dual turbo set up and with the space available under the hood of an SS, you may just have a cool thing happening with this thought of yours. The problem is that domestic engines have different induction needs than imports and compression is slightly different as well. You may need to ask a machinist and speed shop to see what will work for that SS of yours. It would be really cool to see that, but here you'll get what we know about imports. Internal cumbustion is internal cumbustion, but how effective that cumbustion is depends on the build, the products you put in that engine and the tuning. It's only as good as the amount of coin you want to pour into it. I can tell you what works for an import, but not too well for a GM. Ford, all day long, but not a GM... or a Chrysler...
Sorry.
