Vr6 swap into mk3

I have a 95 golf mk3 and its not bad for what it is but lookin to get a lil more out of it. Im lookin further into the vr6 swap and was wondering what all was needed and how in depth it is? Or if anyone knows of any good books or articles about it? I found a complete donor car a 95 jetta that has all the necessary parts except a radiator because it was wrecked pretty good. Any help would be appreciated.
