So i was wondering if it would to be a waste of time to put a rebuild fj20det into a s13 instead of goin the sr20 way?Cause i know that the fj would both into the s11 or the s12,but i really dont know for sure if it would fit into the s13.thanks for your time.any info would be great.

Well for starters the sr20 idea has been done to death, for another reason i just want to do something diff.but since your a datsun guy you think its possible to do a front conversion with a s30 front on to a z31????

Ive actually seen it done on one before. If i was you id do it then convert the rear to z32 tail lights.( Not seen before)
On the engine, to each his own. If your FJ20 makes you happy then by all means make it a monster.
Hope i could help.
