i have a 92 celica n im going all out visual on it for sure...should i try and make it faster too?

If you have the coin, why not? Just remember that power of any kind costs money. A turbo is not cheap, (hint, hint), and you would have to ether swap out what you have or see if what you have can be built to handle the turbo upgrade. Don't forget about the handling part of all this, too. If you go fast you must be able to manuever as well. And last, but not least, brake up grades. What goes forward must be able to stop efficiently as well.
I hope I didn't scare you with what has to be done to gain power in you ride. It's no small tast to make a car go fast and be safe all at the same time.
