Is a Honda S2000 a good car to get? AP2

So yeah, my parents are still getting me a new car. Right now i have a 2000 Honda civic EX Coupe. 2 door. Automatic "sigh". And i was thinking of getting a Honda S2000. Probably a AP2. Im really into the whole JDM import stuff. What do you think?

I agree I actually think that the S2000 is higher up in class than the Civic.

WOW saddly ture lol O Goddess i was shown the best thing ever on youtube ok picture an AE86 corolla ok, now this is the most awsome part picture poping the hood to it and seeing a honda engine "WHAT?" these guys in japan stuffed a F20c into a AE86!!! the car flew arond the track. if there were no down force it would have caught air for sure! lol check it out:

I wonder if that Subaru, Toyota, Honda hybrid that was planned is being done? I have yetto hear any progress on that. A Honda engine in an AE86? Sweet! What will they think of next?! Got to love that innovation, man!

actually i posted info on that somewhere.
it was suppose to be one of those joint build.
you know toyota and subaru both use same car different names,lol.
well, it was rwd, turbo, and i can't remember the engine...4cyl.?
either way, it was suppose to be cheap and fun.
but it was put on hold after the recession hit.
not sure if they've gotten back to it.

That'd be an awesome buy, Toyota and Subaru joint car? It'd be like a DSM but many times more reliable
