so your putting a 2jz in an integra? wht engine is being converted to jdm? not to sure what your trying to say. the 2jz is probably wont fit in the integra but anything is possible but it would be really expensive truthfully the 2jz engine its self is an expensive engine lol a k20 or a b18 (if you can find) would be in around your budget more

i ment like i was looking and you buy built engines froma website called http://www.jdmenginescorp.com/ they have a 2jz out of a supra for like $3,400. and thanks ill look into finding one which one would be like easier to modify? like which has more for it cause my friend has a 91 stealth and cant find much for the mitsubishi motor in it.

The 2JZ in an Integra? You have some dream there bud. The engine in question would require you to do some real serious modifications to the engine bay of the Acura Integra so that you can fit that Toyota beast in there. That means a lot of coin, bro. Not to mention the wiring, PCM, drive train placement... the list is long, man. I wouldn't mind seeing some thing like that, but you have to be realistic in how much time and money you plan on spending on such a venture. I would stick with an Acura/Honda swap first so that you become used to actually working on cars and then after a while, and some experience, you could delve into a serious project like that. That's my advice to you. I like the thought of it, but it's way over your head at this time. Cool?

yeah i know but thats why i wanna do it cause no ones ever done it as far as i know i mean that would be serously amazing. but yeah i love cars and my lifes dream is to have my own tunning shop but thanks i didnt think it would be that hard but its alot is their a car with say a bigger engine bay that that would work? cause i love supras but having one just isnt gonna happen but having a supra motor in something would be just as good for me. any ideas? orrrr maybe just a b20?

why not just buy like an old school celica/supra and drop a 2jz in it... it's been done once that I'm aware of but that would still be crazy

your 2jz into an integra?  its doable if you're pockets are deep enough but you said you're doing this on a student budget.  first thing off the top of my head is you're going to need to cut into the firewall and mess around with the engine to accomodate the engine.  the 2jz is a 3 liter engine. a 94-99 integra uses a 1.8 liter engine.  that's almost half the size of a 2jz.  then there's the drivetrain and transmissions since integras are fwd the 2jzs is a rwd motor.  so yeah if you want to do this good luck.

Like I said, bro, stay with in your monitary realm. A swap like that requires deep pockets an know how. So far the list of folks that are going to give the same advice will grow and grow. Again, I would love to see some thing like that, but...
I'm going to share some thing with you that isn't much of a secret to any one that knows me on this forum. I have a 1997 Rav4 that I would love to stuff a 2JZ into as well. The problem for me isn't a lack of know how, it's the coin. With money in hand i can do the things I want to do, but being as how the economy is at the moment, other more important things take priority. You know, the mortgage, the kids, the upkeep of the house, etc., etc.
You're going to school nd with the amount of money that you'll actually have to spend... it won't be on your dream. That's reality for students, unless you can mke some coin being a male escort... he,he... that was just a thought. Good luck, though. I hope you can do it. I'm on your side, at least.

No doubt about that, TH. That is a good deal. The RB engine I want is about the same. I have the same dream as supra1994 and no coin to put into my two projects. IT SUCKS TO BE POOR! Oh well...
