I swapped in a B18C1 GSR into my 1997 EK hatch. The engine screams.... OMG. The difference between the D16Y and this B18 is night and day.

I bought a turbo off of Ebay - BAD IDEA- btw anyone want a t3/t4 snail?

Anyway, Edelbrock sells a nice set-up. If I got w/ Edelbrock I will end up spending over $5,000 on the engine alone... ECU/Fuel Injectors/turbo etc. I'm going to get some Hasport mounts, mine are "custom" lol.

Long story boring... What turbo is most recommended for my engine? The drivetrain is going to be upgraded to handle upwards of 500WHP.

Realistically I'm looking to get 350WHP out of the car though. What set-up should I go for to obtain these numbers?

Thanks guys.

turbonetics makes a good turbo kit for honda engines. are you planning on doing all the work involved putting a turbo on a n/a engine or are you just slapping it on and calling it good?

I think putting the engine at 6-8psi on stock internals will be fine. I could build up the bottom end depending on what I need to make it work.

If I put any more to it then I'll get a JDM head and beef up the internals. I plan to rebuild the engine anyway.

I just wanted to know a good turbo for this engine.

Thanks guys. Turbonetics it is.
