That sucks, but it goes to show you that txting while driving is worse than being drunk. Good story, bro.

I remember my first car ever... It was a 1977 Datsun 810 maxima wagon. It wasn't the coolest or the best looking ride around, but it was mine. Until tragedy struck. I don't think that the newest or best looking ride makes any car more valuable than any other. As long as the person owning the car likes it and cares for it, it's all that matters. My pal from school, at the time, had a 76 Gremlin... Talk about a fugly car, but it was his and he liked it. Who was I to belittle his ride. As a matter of fact, mine was spending more time being fixed while his ran like a top, until I redid the whole thing over, that is. Any way, he had the thing until he was 20... he didn't make it to 21... drunk driver killed him... My life is full of friggin sadness, MAN!

Do you mean "Caliper"? I know that the NSX has a two piston caliper system... I'm not sure about any other, though. Sorry.

Not difficult, just expensive. One is $500.00, last I checked. That was 5 years back... No clue what it is now.

Yeah, What I was saying though about my car and all the accidents in the parking lot, well for one. I have liability cause I cant afford regular insurance, and most of the accidents arnt big enough to claim, like a dent in your door or bumper. Although I have seen some that have to be claimed like a guy swung out of a parking spot too early and took off the back bumper of a 3kgt. Did I mention that he was in a ford bronco LOL it didnt even have a scratch but the 3kgt might be totaled. Sad aint it. The back bumper got caught on the front bumper of the ford and was completly ripped off. I dont think he could have done that again if he tried.

It only takes one shot.
I drive around with only liability (with glass coverage as well) insurance as well. Due to my age and a very good driving record, it's a measly $600.00 a year for two cars; my Rav4 and my 200sx... It helps to have the same insurance company for many, many, many years. LOL! They know my love of speed, but also know that I'm not crazy about speed on the streets. Once you young cats reach 25 years of age the premiums go down significantly. You have to keep a good driving record, though. It helps a ton.
