Can you put a KA24 engine with a 6 speed S15 transmission?

Ok, so i have a 95 240SX, we decided to stick with the KA to get .4 more litres and more torque, it is turbo charged. Unfortunately it still has the automatic. My question is, can i join the KA with the S15 transmission?
