Importing from Japan list

Where can i get a list of all the cars you cant import from japan? (dont worry about DOT EPA converting whatever)
I know you cant import an S15 or R34, and most recently a Soarer, yeah, THAT list.
also any info about having the military pay for it having shipped over here would be appreciated (ie: must been stationed in *** for certain amount of years, etc.)

DOT and or the NHTSA should have a list on their site. I forget who exactly has it, I just remember one of them has one somewhere.
