I am thinking about purchasing a acura rsx-s can I add turbo and keep the super charger in it, will it be worth it? Also, or would it be better just to buy a RSX without the stock supercharger and find a better after market supercharger?

Ummmm. I hate to break it to you, but the Acura RSX Type S doesn't come with a stock supercharger. Its all NA, unless the car you plan on buying already has a aftermarket supercharger.

To answer your questions about using a supercharger and a turbocharger, you can and its called twincharging, although its not always the best option.

There is a lot of complicated math to determine the right set up and forced induction created by both units. Thinking about it, though, it would be reduntant to have both. One works on a belt and would keep the turbo from spooling up to its max or be held at bay by the charger. The impellers would have to be mathced, but again, it's reduntant.

Its called twin charging and its done.  A high AR turbo paired with a SC offer boost at any RPM.  The only issue is that its costly.

Cool! It's still a reduntant idea when a lighter single turbo set up can acheive the same results and work less. That's just me. I've seen turbos in tandem, which is also redundant, but helps against turbo lag in diesels. Ford has that set up on their 6.0L engines. Lot's of issues, though. Don't get me wrong, it is a cool thing to see, I just wouldn't go to all that trouble and money. I'm sure that tuning some thing with a SC and a turbo is a nightmare, though. Do they both have the same BOV set up for each or is it shared between the two with a higher BOV spring rate for higher boost levels? I'm just a curious man trying to make sense of things. Sorry.
