How's your health? And I don't mean about your car...

It's easy, brother. Just make it happen. We all know what's good for us and what's not. It's harder than putting a 3 piece suit on a flea I won't kid on that, but once you become determined to change your health for the better, it happens. I could never force any one to do some thing agains't their will, but having known you guys for as long as I have now and knowing that it's dificult to eat at times makes me worry about my friends. That's all. I'm 41 and getting more fit as the days go on week to week. You guys are still young enough to make a dietary change for the better so that you don't suffer a big scare like I did. I've changed my perspective on things since then. Life is too short and living it to its fullest with out health complications is just the tip if the iceberge. Health shouldn't be a concern if you eat the right food and get a little excercise once in a while. I do a lot of training because I'm a freak like that. LOL! you guys don't have to go that route like me to get awsome results. All it requires you to do is to get the metabolism up a bit and keep it there. The food you injest, asuming it's healthy, will do the rest. I envy your youth... in a good way, though. LOL!

Thats good to hear that all is going well with you s12. Well I wouldve got on here on my birthday to tell you guys but I became too busy lol becoming 18 lol good times Id say.

Congrats, bro. Now you are a full fledged man. Now comes the hard part of life. Keeping well and growing stronger. The job comes with all that. LOL! If you find things a little dificult, I'm there to help in any way possible, bro. Us older cats tend to forget how tough things are at your age. Not me and that's why I'll help where I can. No one needs to stumble along lifes toughest moments. Unfortunately, it gets a bit tougher untill you firmly plant your feet on your dreams and aspirations.
I'm no teacher, but I've been around and have seen the things that make people fall. I wouldn't want to see any of my peoples fall that way. Again, Congrats! Good to see you doing good, bro.
