I took a big spill on a bike, once, doing 65 miles per hour. That's about 90 to 100 km/h for my Canadian pals. I hurt for 5 weeks. As I felt my self falling, I found inspiration from a cartoon I saw once and then tucked and rolled...( tucked and SPLAT was more like it, LOL!) good thing I had a helmet... needless to say, I smashed and as I mentioned, 5 weeks of pain. Took me a lot longer to regain real motion in my limbs. lol.
I can tell stories of fights that I failed at winning... Those were painful as well. It was some of the most pleasantly memerable moments in the hospital, at least. The nurses attending me were HOT! LOL!

No doubt! Hey TH, I didn't know that about the insurance coverages for bikes and cars. When I get my bike I may do that to see what they give me. I say that and All I can see is my ass on the pavement scrubbing along at 65... SKREEEEEEEEECH or even better, SKRUUUUUUUUUNCH! LOL! I'm not fearing any thing at all, mind you. It just flash backs of the Hospital nurses! LOL! When I took that fall I was in my mid 20s. Now I'm 41 and feeling my mortality... I don't want to go that easy. I want to go out in a blaze of fury. Fighting, primarily... LOL!

stick with honda if you get a bike or go kawasaki<for sure spelt that wrong lol>  ducati's are fast, nice, expensive, and parts to repair are really expensive, yamaha is meh, suzuki is more track bike and the other brands are just really bad, or to epensive, or just deathly fast which ducati falls under
