The saying is true with friends. LOL! Well, I finally got the results fromt the stress test. I can get freaky with my excersise now. It's normal! It's great relief to know that I don't have any heart issues. I was told that stress or some viral issue was to blame. The viral issue can be checked with another blood test, but I was told that with my health the way it is that it would be pointless to do a test for it for some thing that is a normal occurance and goes away on its own over time. I feel good. Now I can go back to the regiment of excersises that I was doing before I lazy and got this issue. No more slacking for me. I'm dedicated to getting stronger, in more ways than one. LOL! My diet works, I just need to move more now.

Yeah, man! Then, after hugging my wife, she and I went for a long walk around the neighborhood. I'm happier than a pig in... You know what I mean. LOL! I began my regimen this morning. I squatted in a horse stance for 15 minutes. I didn't think I could do it any more. Now it motivates me to go longer in a squat and do every excersise I ever did. I can't wait to be thin and strong again.

Lol thats the spirit man! lol I'm trying to get some muscle back in my arms lol I had muscle when I worked building the portable buildings because we had to carry all of the wood sheets and stuff, but then they closed it down because we didn't get enough business. The plant in Texas is still open though. Anyway I have been doing push-ups when I can lol I started out only being able to do like 10 and in a little longer than a week I worked my way up to 43 I think it was lol I want to be able to do at least 60 without being tired Lol.

Once you get used to that try a push up called the cat stretch. If you think you're in shape for this, you're in for a big let down. I've shown the cat stretch to a lot of folks tha have done pushups all theor lives and they hate the cat stretch. It really takes it out of you. First you start out in a push up position only your rear is higher than normal. Try to envision a triangle and you're there. Then you go down to do a push up except you roll your body forward and arch your back. Then in that same motion after the arch raise your rear back to the starting position. The motion is kinda eliptical. The other version is to get to the arch position, but instead of returning to the start position in the eliptical motion, you reverse out of the arch back into the start position. Think of the super man ride when you do that one. Good luck. I started doing them this morning and when I finished, I wondered why I even started them. I HURT ALL OVER! LOL! I'm no quiter, though. Now it has become a challenge to do as many as I can with out it taking it out of me. No pain, no gain.

They are. LOL! Sorry I've been away. I've been real busy with the gym and doing a lot of side work away from my job. Work at the Ford dealership is really slow and I've been taking advantage of all the side work. I've made a few duckets, I'm proud to say. Now I have to figure out Uncle Sam and my state tax requirements. LOL! I have to pay those unfortunately. I would hate to be audited due to noncompliance tax. LOL! Any way, I've got to hand it to my body for being able to snap back to its old routines. I ran on the tread mill for almost 40 minutes this morning. I was beat, but happy that I did 40 minutes. LOL! Those cat stretches kill me, but MAN do they work just right! My arms feel good from them. Once I get some what used to them, I'll strap on some weights and try them like that. I wonder if I'll hemerage some where? LOL!

Brother, time is what you need to manage. The first thing to do in the morning before you do any thing is to exsercise. Up to a half hour before your shower and breakfast. I go to sleep early, latest time is at 10pm, and I wake up early to do my routine. I've lost a few pounds all ready since starting and my clothes fit loosely now. My martial arts teacher told me once, "you only go as far as you want to". That saying applies to a lot of things in life and all it takes is a little effort on your part. You have to make the most of your health and no one can do it for you. You know? I stopped procrastinating and found a renewed love for excersize. I take it slow as not to hurt my self, but work out long enough to get benefit from the things I do. I'm amazed that I can stay in a low horse stance for 45 minutes now. Doing it every day, with no excuses on my part, helps me go longer in a horse stance. I want to be more fit than Jack LaLAne. that's the goal, at least. LOL!

LOL I'm finally back on the forums. Had some work to do before I left to Job corp. Lol If you want arm muscle though do what I did. Grab a weed eater and find somebodys big acreage and start chopping lol I did my whole yard with a weed eater and had it all nice after a few hours lol I try and do push-ups every morning with a few sit-ups and crunches afterwards. I love my new muscles that I never had LOL!
