dude this focus is awesome! great project. I'm working on my Focus too, and I know what you mean about when people give you crap, but when they see it drive, they find out that Ford's don't play around. Keep on the good work dude.  

Not too shabby. Don't worry about what other people say. Its your car and you can do whatever you want. Tunings all about making what you have faster. So kudos.

Looks great! I'd imagine you catch a little heat from the bigger brother Fords every now and again, but that comes with any car and any make. I wish I had a car as nice as yours!  

Don't listen to others dude. Car looks great and the stats are even better. You did an awesome job. Most important is that you like your car because you drive it and if you have fun with it let others talk what they want. Continue that and post some updates    

Ditto! It's amazing to think that no matter what people accomplish with their rides that there is always one or two fudge packers that need to have negative comments. I don't think they understand what it takes to build a car to do what the big engines do. They should be impressed with what the muscle car technology has done to our little 4 and 6 banger engines. No matter what the model!

I was talking with the fellas at my job and we were considering writing to Ford about bringing back the Focus SVT but with a little more "UMPH" than the last ones. They need to "FOCUS", pun intended, on the market at hand instead of trying to beat their competitors to the line. They do not have a reliable R&D and they do not do R&D for a long enough time. That's why they have so many idiotic recalls. If they spent as much time with R&D as the Japanese do with their cars they wouldn't be in such a hole as they are in now. I know that recalls aren't the only reason they are failing but they would save a ton of money by not paying the thousands of dealers for their lack of R&D. Recalls aren't done for free, you know.  

yeah i agree. ford needs a performance focus. hopefully they will use their new ecoboost engines in the focus. but yeah after about 2003-2004 the focus has been one of the most reliable cars on the road.. it was the first ones that ruined the reputation.
