Hi, back from Greece I came with some really interesting stuff in my bag. First of all I was impressed about the really hot rides there. Since Greece has not the restrictions I'm used from Germany there is much more possible when tuning a car (I'm glad moving soon back to Greece).
But back to the topic I want to present Europes fastest EVO (the best thing is that it's from Greece   ). This baby makes 974 WHP and 9.2@257. Impressed?
Sadly there are no more information available on this baby so I took the article from a greek magazine and some infos from AMS and made an article at: http://www.codejdm.net/Articles/10009/europes-fastest-evo-comes-from-greece.aspx

So it's rated on the 4. place world-wide refering to AMS Performance Inc.

Amazing footage! I love it. It's hard core and impressive all at the same time. I wonder how well the EVO would fare against the all wheel drive Godzilla dragster from Down Under? It may never happen but it would be exciting to see.

Yeah that would be great and we may not forget that this baby got a license plate. Petros (the owner) drives this daily.

Dang! That's awsome! I saw the dyno results and had to do a little math to convert the numbers. That thing, here, would be illegal to drive on the streets. He's so lucky!
It would be cool to feel the G-Force as it bullets out of the trap. I'm impressed, very!

In fact he is not driving it to go to work or so. But it's full street legal what is an important fact for me, of course the most time this baby is on the track or in the garage for improvement.
*sigh* I could easily imagine myself going to get my cigarettes or for shopping with 974 HP under the hood *sigh*
lol

Too true. The only problem is that the Europens have even more powerful cars than the ones made in recent times. I read of a Bugatti that almost beat a fighter jet in a race on the tarmack. The Bugatti won the first half of the race but the jet came back strong at the end. The concept of almost beating a fighter jet is unthinkable. I couldn't imagine what that Buggatti was pushing for HP to be able to come in so close to a win against a fighter jet. That is impressive.
974hp is a tuners dream but the Europen cars are so far ahead of tuners in the horse power department.
Another car, the TT made by Audi, had two engines tuned in harmony, and was pushing almost 2500hp. The test drive had to be limited due to insufficient tire streangth. Go figure. I would love to do some thing like that! The Connecticut Lotto Powerball pending, of course. LOL!

Tell me about it. It was featured in one of those super cars show on TLC or History chanel, I can't remember. It was last year some time around summer going into fall. It was one of those two, for sure. I wonder if it could be looked up on the net? Time to find out.

I just did a search and the only thing that came up was dual engines with 1.8L engines. The one I saw on the tube was with two Audi 8cyl engines. It was a project car that Audi had no clue of, I would assume. I'll keep searching, I may get lucky.
