kk so im driving home from work and its rush hour on the bridge(YAY) its was pretty much a parking lot and so right before i get off the bridge these people start getting out off there cars and started yelling at each other about each others bad driving. iwas amazed! like after 13 years of driving over the same bridge never have i seen people get so much road rage that they actually get out of there cars and start yelling at each other. i managed to cross over and get in to the open lane (didnt want to stick around) im hereing more and more about this road ragers. are we as people getting more angry while driving? should people continue to drive? why must i think about these questions?  

My friend, your concern is very valid. I blame the day to day happenings of the world, i.e.; the economy, bills, mortgage, fuel prices, jobs going over seas, etc., etc.! People are just expressing their frustrations and don't realise that it's not good to do it in public. Anger is a blind phenomenon. Once you're there, it's hard to take control. You did the right thing by not staying. As long as it doesn't come your way there's no need to worry.
 

ahh but idont know if the road rage is more poeples bad driving skills(some people really need to take that drivers test agian or get off the road)or if its watching other people road rage it up in front of you.hmm i think im talking in circles lol. ive notice more of these road ragers are off the female gender why is that??  

oh and have you noticed soccer moms are more likly to block you from swithing lanes then the 17 year old street racing loser. like what the {H}{E}{L}{L}{?} k eg.so driving home tonight (night market owns lol) and im going to turn into the turning lane when some woman speeds up just to block me. i stayed at the green laght till she past and whne i switch lanes to u-turn this teen with a tuned out honda CRX(aka bodykit and underglow) he actually waits for me to pull into someone drive way and turn around?  

Yeah! I've noticed that! WTF is that about?! What? They get priority over the roads and lanes or some thing? Then they complain about the way imports sound and look as if the way the car looks is more important than their bad driving habits. And with kids in the car! Wow TheHormone, you opened up a can a worms for me! LOL! That is one of my pet peeves. LOL! I drive through a town called Westport, here in CT, and I see that happen all the time. That town is full of people with old money and they think that their poop don't stink. There are a couple of other towns in my state that are the same way.
My wife worked for CVS pharmacy as a pharmacist back in 1997-98. I went to pick her up in her car, which is the Rav4 that I drive now, and was waiting in the parking lot with the key out of the egnition, off. Some lady in a Mercedes pulls into the spot in front of the Rav, and for what ever reason she had, didn't stop till the Rav moved 5 inches while I was still in the seat. I got out and tapped on her glass. I asked her if she had realised that she pushed me with her tank. (Those cars are built like tanks.) She rolled her window down and told me that I was crazy and that she had done no such thing. Now I was a little peeved and her rich looking, ugly face made me want to crush her skull. I didn't. I did the next best thing... I broke all the glass on the car with my elbow. And when I was done she asked me if I was a lunatic or some thing. I made like I was oblivious and said, "What? Are You talking to me? What ever are you going on about?" Then I got in the Rav and waited till my wife came out. Cops were involved and I still played stupid. I told the police man that I had just got there and saw her going crazy over some thing and when I tried to help her she accused me of breaking the glass on her car. I siad that she needed help and that it was obvious that the rich like to put blame on people who are innocent of things. The cop let me go because i kept my cool and seemed more believeable than the lady, who was going crazy. Right is right and if they do damage and neglect responsibility, I can do the same! She's lucky I didn't crush her skull! The stupid ***  

LOLZ WOW one part of me says wow thats kind of mean LOL but awsome to be honest i to dont have the time for people bumpin my car and then acting all innocent. i actually would have done the same (WOW your a beast taken out windows with your elbow must of hurt like a mother after lol)glad to open a can of worms for yeah lol ive tought about why women have more road rage (long day to day lol) and still no really thought has come. while i was driving to work this morning (this is good) this lady in front of me was goin like 40 in a 60 zone so i pull out in the lane beside her and shes doing her F'in make up in her rear view. i honked at her she looks up and flips me off <like really> aw my godess i wanted to just smash my car in to hers but the little voice in my head said "not worth it" so i smiled and waved. like people pull over and do what you got to do dont put others in danger just because you forgot to put make up on ! Damn!

That's why I have little signs made so that when I see that stuff all I hav e to do is pull out the apprpiate sign to get my point accross. Example of one for what happened to you... "What? Is it more important for you to risk killing your self and others to fix what a plastic sergeon can't? Wait till you stop to plaster your self!"
The one I have is a 20"X20" card, like all the others I have, and the letters can be seen from the next lane over. LOL! I have a few dozen pet peeve responses for idiots like that.LOL! I have another one that my wife plasters to the rear window for tail gaters. It reads, "My ass must smell like roses, you're so damned close!" LOL!
This could be the start of a new trend in bumper stickers... I'm just thinking. LOL!

I do them my self with particle board paper and cut them to size. Any material that will hold up to being in your car will do. As you drive around and see a pet peeve, you think of what you might want to say to them, sarcastically, and write it down when it's convenient. Even if it irritates you mildly, write it down.
I have one that took some artistic effort to do. If you look at it face forward, the letters are backwards. You would need to see it through a mirror to see it straight. It's for people that cut you off with out using the signal. It reads, "Brains are not a hard thing to use, BRAINLESS! Use the signal lights next time!
I see a buisness opportunity here.

Awsome. Maybe we'll see each other on the Highway some day and you'll know that it's me with the signs and flipping it out on some peeve starter! LOL!~ Then all we have to do is flip out the "WHAT"S UP, BUD!" sign!!! lol! It sounds a little corny but big things started small at one point. LOL!
As far as the board is concerned, try to find what feels like card board or stiff paper. You want to keep it some what light. Some artists call it particle board but it's card board, to an extent.

LOL well ill keep a look out for your signs lolzz.... all right i was driving around today(s2000 got its power parts finally!!) and this guy in a "PIMPIN"(that was the license plate) black BMW 750-or so cuts me off and then cuts this other guy off in a mazda6 and try's for a 3rd and takes out a dodge minivan. the van destroyed the pimpin bmw ha no longer pimpin it makes me second guess driving with all these people with poor driving. my s2000 may never leav my garage (well not till im finished it lol)  

It's like raising children, my friend. If you don't drive, some thing is bound to happen, regardless of whether or not you drive it. A tree could fall on it... I pray it doesn't. No jinx on you and may the heavens hear me.

I love the ones that cut you off on the highway just to get off the exit. When you look in the rear view, you see miles of space that he could've used instead of risking him self and you by cutting. You know? I know that must've happened to you! I wish those people would lose control and crash! It happens to me at least 2 to 3 times a week.
And then there are the ones that pull in front of you from the slow lane just to stay slow! When you're doing 55 or 65pmh. When I go to visit my inlaws, I take I84 in Ct. into N.Y. The speed limit is 65, in some areas, and I go that speed when I reach those areas. It's alway the old people that seem to get in front of to do that. My sign reads, "How's the VIEW?! LIKE IT?! NOW, MOVE!!!" It's written backwards so they see it through their rear view.  

Road rage, huh? have you ever gotten road rage while still in a parking lot? while impatiently waiting for the classic old lady whos walking slow-mo style on the crosswalk in front of a grocery store, likely complaining about some young hoodlum that was going all "mimbely bimbely" on his skateboard, causing a ruckus in her driveway, disrupting her game of bingo with her freinds from the nursing home? of course, she CAN see you through those nifty new "wraparound" glasses she bought on an infomercial on the history channel, but she wont let you know that. but, she will slowly meander her way halfway across the crosswalk, before her newfangled cell phone rings, stopping her in her tracks as she strains to remember how to awnser it. after awnsering with a frustrated and confused "hello!?", she hastily completes her quick conversation announcing shes at the grocery store to her freind Edna. now, she continues her long journey to the incredible self opening doors, and thus ending your helpless cause of anger and frustration, knowing it is wrong to run over a near crippled old lady. it might be her last adventure to the grocery store, after all. Simple things like this, my freind, are at the roots of all road rage.
