My civic is leaking power steering fluid through one of the hoses and it looks like the only way to get to it is to remove the ac fan but i dont feel like doing this since I just put it in and filled up the ac already. does anyone know how i might be able to get around this without moving the ac fan?

You could still remove the AC fan with out having to empty the refridgerant. The refridgerant and the hardware are two different obsticles that don't interfere with what you have to do. You may even have to go through the wheel well, remove the splash gaurd and see if you can access the leaking hose in that direction. Depending on what's leaking you may not have to remove a lot. Clean it before you go hog wild removing stuff just to find out that it was more simple than it looked. A big mess doesn't mean a big problem, some times.
I would love to get more detailed on how to get what you want but it's been a while since I've worked on a Honda and I don't want to steer you wrong. But, from what I remember, you shouldn't have to empty the refridgerant to remove the P/S pump and its related parts.
