Hey folks
I have a 88 200sx/w a very good body(no rust)independent sus.& f/r disc breaks it had a 2.0 but no more.I would like to know if anyone may know how difficult it maybe to shoe horn a RB26DETT in the engine compartment & where I might find one/w the wire harnes and ecu,the old ecu is still in car.Somebody help me out,,,please.......

Dude! I've been on that same quest for some time. Go to www.club-s12.org and get your self aquanted with draconis. He has a rb swap done to his s12 and he may have the answers to your question. You may have to do some modification to the sub frame, slight mods though, and figure out the electronics with the help of some one who's deep into it. As soon as I get my RB I'm going to install it into my s12. It'll fit... with some coaxing and a good fabricated moter mount. lol Just kidding. I'll have to see how difficult it is when I start to do it. You will have to get a new pcm and burn the info into it, like # of cylinders and VIN... There might be more but I'll have to wait till I cross that bridge to know. I guess we'll be brothers in the s12 realm! welcome. lol!
