head over to toda koni brembo aem and tanabe or greddy and then add that all to honda S2000 and you got a beast! then head over to hankook or toyo pick up some grippyass tires then head to the track! or cheap non grippy tires and get it going sideways (need to learn to drift lol)

If you just want to be fast, then go for the Evos. If you want driving experience(ie fun factor) then go for the S2K. I chose my s2k because of the driving experience, although I wouldn't mind power every now and then.

Oh and basic bolt ons for an s2k with tune will get you to only ~230whp. Turbo it and you can hit ~400whp on stock internals. Again it's much cheaper to do and easier to do an an Evo.

I saw a magazine today, who shall be nameless due to conflict of interest, with a S2K on the cover that reportedly was pushing 500hp+ with stock components. I say BS but then again I didn't read the article. I just gazed at the cover. (insert giggle and embarassment here) I should have read it to see the specs. If it's true, then any thing is possible.

500+hp is possible, but not likely on stock internals for a S2000. S2000s come with forged internals already and all you need to do is get a thicker headgasket to lower the compression a little to up the boost to get roughly 400whp, even that can be a challenge sometimes.

I would have to tell you what magazine put that on their cover. I do it, but not to make a pitch for the magazine in question. I just think that, considering the conversation, it's valid. It was on the cover of the latest issue of "Modified magazine". I'm going to the store I saw it at just to read the specs on it. I'm not buying it just to see it. I'de rather put my money into Super Street or Import Tuner.

Don't worry Modified is owned by the same company as Import Tuner and Super Street, so in the end you're still helping the parent company .
