and what would be faster a stock supra (non turbo) or stock fto cause i want a car that can thrash my mates fto

What country are you in that won't allow all that you mentioned? Any way, there are a few bolt ons that give you a few horses, at best. Those include cold air intakes and exhaust. If you can't get a performance exhaust because of your restrictions you could get a custom bent exhaust and insure that the decibles don't reach a certain loudness, considering your laws of course. Then there's exchanging the fuel rail and injectors, which will give you more hp but uses more fuel Then there is a more involved procedure of removing the head and have it milled and port matched. That also will give you some more ponies. I'm not sure how much but it will definately give you some more hp. A good tech can tune once you do all the upgrades. With todays fuel prices, though, you'll want to think about getting more hp. The more you get the more you use. It's innevitable. Sorry, I don't know how much hp a stock supra has. I would have to guess it is about 200 to 280 horses... Again, it's a guess. I could be wrong.
