sorry Hormone, there are just too many ricers with accords out there plus ive always been mad that people consdder honda's econo engines to be performance material and better than others. idk how many time ive heard arguments about the B16/H22 being better than the 4g63 in terms of tunability and power gains (it's always just tunability and power gains). And I found the avatar somewhere random i dont remember tho. I have another some may like but it's even more vulgar.

op, just to let you know the bottom end on a 420a can handle from 8-12 psi depending what condition its in and on what fuel setup you give it. If your looking to really make it go, turbo it. It can be done pretty well for about two grand. But if your just looking for simple small add ons go intake headers exhaust. If your looking for real power you have to go turbo. The max on a 420a n/t is 214whp. So you decide, I have a turbo'd 420a so if you got any questions I can help you out.

normally i'd say dont bother turboing, but it's a freakin eclipse, you just cant go wrong with a turbo in it. Still it'd be so much cheaper to get a 4g63. You can good ones for as low as $3000. To get a good turbo/spool kit that delivers as much power you'd peobably have to pay at least $4000.

I'm not a Mitsu guy, so, I'll stay out of this one. I'll keep with what I know, Toyota and Nissan. Consider the guys budget and safety concerns, though.

Yea, I have been there. Thinking about selling the 420a and getting the 4g63. 4g63 has been rated one of the best engines many times. But sometimes its easier to work with what you have. Plus, if you do sell the 420a get a 4g63 your going to have to have a extra one or two grand laying around now just to get the 4g63. Then you have 4g63 with a bunch of stuff to upgrade. (Turbo, bov, intercooler, i/c pipe, ect.) You get the point, more money will be spent getting a 4g63 that will run about the same hp as a 420a (which you already have). If you can get a gsx, (the awd model) that would be the only way I would do it. But I am very happy with my turbo'd 420a.

Just to clarify, I spent about two grand on my "turbo kit" which I actually peiced together myself, which is the way to go. Places get all the parts for your kit and jack the price up more just because of convience. I bought all my stuff seperatly and paid about two grand less then hahns stage 2 turbo kit. And mine is putting out more power.
