You have a blank slate and the only thing you need to do is find out what can actually be done to the engine with out blowing it up. Unless it already has a turbo don't build up to one with out making the engine worthy of one. What I mean by that is replacing rings maybe even pistons, bigger valves and ports, port matching, which requires the expertise of a machine shop for most of the work... If it's more horses you're looking for you wont be able to avoid the upgrades and all that goes with it. It costs some dough too. I'm just fore warning you, that's all. As far as exterior asthetics go, that will be up to you. Taste is individual and any body kit you get will be ordered to fit your car. Mitsubishi makes awsome engines and most can be built to handle up grades. Heck, if Suzuki can make a 3 popper that can push the envolope, after being built, to handle 200+hp, then any thing is possible. That Suzuki stuff is crazy Puerto Rican stuff. I don't know of any one else doing that to a Suzuki 3 popper in a Swift. Any way, you get what I'm saying, I hope, and all you need is to shop around for the things you want with in your budget. Remember, money makes horsepower!

I've been put in my place, LOL, and miamito616 is right! LOL! You can... if you want to be exotic... look into a used evo engine at a junk yard or on the net. You may have to freshen up the engine a bit but... What do you have to lose? And I don't think that the evo engine fits like a glove, either. You may want to see what's involved. For now the engine that miamito suggested will do the trick, though. Yeah, I do post long threads. Don't I? LOL!

You will need to see all the details on that your self, holmes. Like food, some tires may not be to your taste when it comes to longevity and performance. You know? Shop around and see what fits your budget and driving style. There are tons of tires on the market and not all are created equal. So, be picky and research the tires before making any descisions. I like Toyo and Nitto, personally. That's my taste, of course. And as for engine parts. You will have to shop around for that as well. It's all about your goals and driving habits. If it's going to be a daily driver you might not want to build it up extremely. Think about that first before you dive in and spend money. In the end it's you that's driving the car on the daily. You know?

yo, if you're getting rims, 1 dont buy konigs, they're expensive as hell everywhere and every 6 months they come out with new rims and make the prices of the old ones come down, so you'll be like "crap, i should have waited to get those hotswaps!!" 2. Look into Enkei if you want visially appealing plus performace practical rims. They're a bit pricey but not as much as Konig. Dont even think about 5zigen if you want to keep your limbs. Basically Enkei and Volk are the way to go. Tenzo's are also nice, I just dont know much about them. But also If you want top of the line performance wise...BBS, they're just not that nice to look at IMO, But OZ are simply the best, theyre just hard to get and espensive as F***. Hope that helps.

DUDE!!! You forgot Yokohama!!! Toyo's are good, Nitto's are more for racing and not daily driving. Personally I love Yokohama, The S-Drive And YK-520's are beast, i dont have them but seeing those tires in action is sweet. Plus the S drive looks good, and I notice they're getting cheaper. YK-520's been tried and tested so you know you're getting performance no matter what.
