Well put. AND as far as being a racer? Unless you've been at it for a real sum of time don't just get behind the wheel of a suped up car and expect to handle it like you would the daily driver. A beast of a car will handle exactly like a beast should. PRACTICE makes PERFECT, but not for every one.

There is a lot of good common sense coming from every one. This is great!
I don't come on as much since beginning my new job but when I do I feel as if I were missing out on some thing... Any way, I would get used to the car before getting it all beefed up. Especially being a nooby and all. Latley, though, good advice seems to go in one ear and out the other.

LOL! He want's big boy toys and you suggest a Civic. LOL! A civic is a good starting platform for any nooby but he has his mind set on killing himself with a car that he won't handle too well unless he gets used to it first. Let him learn the hard way. You make sense but you know what they  say about leading the horse to water... You can't make him drink!

lol kk well this guy is so lucky when you think about it asuming the 350z is his first car id say hes making more than enough power to start his racing days(keep to the track!) thinkin back my first car was a hyundia pony that cost $600(it took me like a year to pay the guy all the mony lol) so yeah im still gonna say keep the engine stock for now and head over to koni and brembo and spend your money there
