I've been wondering this and need enlightenment. Why do Honda folk talk down about other car folk, and vice verse. Where's the beef? Isn't it all about the tuning of cars, in general? Who cares if it's a Honda or a Mitsubishi or a KIA? Well, I don't know if Kias are tuneable... Never seen one. You all know what I mean, though.

Car brand is the same as a sports team. You just gotta stick true to your colors. In football sure everyone is playing the same game and everyone is a player but you still have your favorite team and there's always a reason for that, even if that reason is as simple as being your hometown. This is the same way, people usually stand behind the car that they have, whether it was through their own choice or not.

I like boxing, kick boxing, MMA, K1 in Japan, Eastern division Tai kick boxing, underground fighting... you name the hand to hand event I love it. When I see those events I don't choose whose going to win. Since it's not a team sport I can't because it's about one person and his will to win. I sorta see cars in the same way. Imports have had a bad stigma with muscle car guys. Not all muscle car guys think bad of imports but most do and that's where I draw my comparison. I can't explain it in depth. It's kinda hard but imports and domestics have had this thing going on for a while. I just think that it's time to see past the country of origin and love the trade for what it is. A motor sport, a hobby that involves your kids, a family event, a love of cars... That's how I feel about cars. It's the same sensation I have about fighting. I don't care about the one who might win the fight cause it's not some thing that you can predict, even though it's fun to try and predict. For me it's the art of fighting, the heart it takes to fight, the streangth... It bleeds into to how I feel about cars. It's weird, I know...
