That video is fake.  

Their is know way in hell that that is possiable.

I believe the driver was an amature.  He ovious didn't know how to drive or this video was setup just to sell to crappy Neon drivers.

If that was me in that Viper I would have smoked that crappy Neon.

I will put my money on it that the Viper was stock.  Because if they made a stock Eagle out perform a stock Viper(which cost thousands more) we would all be driving Eagles right.

Of course when you put $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ into any engine its gonna be fast be it Geo Metro, Hyundia Exel or whatever.  I can even make my Ford Ranger truck fast by just doing a V8 Swap or adding a SuperCharger(which I plan on doing) or run Nitrous Oxide.  

That Eagle was not stock because if it was it what have lost flat out because the Vipers HP vs. the Eagles just don't quite match-up.  The only way a 4-banger is going to get somewhere is that you have to boost it by either a TurboCharger, NOS, or engine swap.  Heck, you can even boost a Mo-Ped.  That's right, they make a turbo kit for a Mo-Ped that will boost it up to 70MPH+, now thats an incrediable increase from the stock MPH which is rated at 25 - 30 MPH.

So the same princiable can apply to cars and trucks.  Boost them, they are going to move, No pun intended.  Spend Money, and spend more money because speed cost dipshits.

So to make my point clear.  Take that same Eagle and remove all of the modifications and what do you have:  A WORTHLESS SLOW ASS PIECE OF S-IT.

And that goes for all Rice Burners  

no *** it wasent stock...the point was that there are endless possibilities when it comes to performance and why spend 70k when you can spend 20k and have a faster ride..get it?? and anyway when have you seen a stock ride runa a 10. sec 1/4 mile ...dont argue about *** if you dont know what your talking about  

The Eagle Talon is also at least 10 years old.  A beat is a beat.  Get over it.

I also have a 1992 Chevrolet S-10 w/ a 4-banger in it.

Now if I put in a lets say a V8 350 engine and get a good rear end.

My truck will mop the floor w/ both the Eagle and the Viper.  

I'm talkin' 6's I've seen it done.  Because a chevy S-10 only weighs 2500lbs.

And also note that my truck is also 14yrs old.  And I will bet you that it will cost way less than to build a modified 4-Cylinder Rice Burner.

and since you know so damn much about domestic rides, what kind of work would you do to this blazer to first give it the power to run 6's and then what would you do to make it withstand the power...what rear end what tranny would you leave the engine a 350 or turn it into a 383 stroker or do you even know how...i grew up in a world of cars ive been in it my whole life and i started with bad ass all motor muscle cars so tell me how would you build this 6 sec blazer???
