hi everyone i have a 2006 focus zx4 se automatic with front wheel drive. What i was wondering is how might one be able to drift it? I dont know a lot about drifting except it would be cool to do to showoff at work. So if anybody could let me know if its possible to drift this car... How a beginner might start off. Thanks a lot  

lol ok your gunna get flammed for this drifting is a rwd sport and defo not an automatic sport. u can do bum skids at best there are only a 2 or 3 people in the world alowed to compete is some drift events in fwd.

basicly no you  cant drift but u can bum drag if it was geard autos will cut out your power

Alrigt, heres what you do...You go to McDonalds, get two food trays, put them on only ur back wheels, put the e brake on, and you will be able to "show off."
(Slide around and stuff) Lookup tray sliding on youtube if you want to see it.
As far as REAL drifting...NO!!! It can only be done in a RWD car...  

there's a new thing in the industry its called "flippin a *** there was a contest not too long ago. There should be a video on gtchannel.com Check that out cuz that's about all you are going to be able to do in your focus. You want to drift?! Buy a RWD and get sideways, until then you're going to have to settle for mcdonalds.

change it to manual mod it for touge  

here is what you do. go like 50mph in the rain and when there is alot of trees and cliffs or other cars(like on the freeway) pull the ebrake and turn the steering wheel when you start sliding keep holding up the ebarke and floor the gass and turn the wheel the other way. and boom you are a drift king
