My buddy owns an S2000 with minimal work done and an RSX that he has twinked out rather nicely and I have had tons of fun driving those, but now I want to get my own car. I'm looking to spend around 10k and then taking the car and twinking it from there. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what kind of car would be the best for casual racing?

I have been Told that the Honda Prelude is a nice car to start with and that it is pretty cheap to fix up and that the Mitsubishi Eclipse is nice as well.

Any help would be great.  

i'd get a 94-01 integra GSR...
u can get em' for around 3-5k.
