1989 integra rs for sure can fit a b18c type r no problem right? and what problems would i run into if any?

no an 89 integra has a d-seiries motor in it not a b and good luck finding b-series motor mounts for that car. but if you do get them you will need axels,wiring harness,trans,shift linkage, hubs, ecu and a few other things
