I subscribe to Super Street mag and I love it. But lately I have been noticing a lot of errors in it.
Here is an exampe... This is from the newest issue, The Style Issue. In the EK Civic article, in the article it says that this EK is a 1997, but under the FAST FACTS they call it a 1992. Now everyone in Honda world knows that they didnt make an EK in '92, so this is kind of a big mess up, especially since they called it a '92 in a heading!
Here is another example... This is on the Super Street site under "THE CARS" and its in the magazine. On the site its the orange 1977 Toyota Celica. Now go to the FAST FACTS for that Celica. There they call it a '77 Toyota Corolla! WTF! I know this is a Celica because I almost bought one.
I have noticed more errors, but I dont want to put them all down, might take a while.
So Super Street, Whats the deal?

Human error is a part of every company. Consider the fact that we publish anywhere from a couple hundred to a couple thousand articles every month once you add up all of Source Interlinks magazines together, and the fact that anywhere from 2 to a dozen people could be handling each article, there's alot of places where mistakes can happen.
Most of the guys I work with have a passion for cars and would never mistake a Celica for a Corolla, even if it's from the 1970's, but there are alot of people who work here because their job is to convert files or do other IT related tasks and have no idea what type of car they're looking at.
More specifically, I found the article you were referencing about the 1977 Celica, and noted that it was done the month I was hired here to replace the old Assistant Web Producer for Super Street. It's more than likely that the old AWP was putting in his last couple of days and had his mind on his new job(or simply didn't care because no one would find out about all of his errors until he was gone). This is pretty commonplace in every work field, especially when you get paid what we do(ha ha ha).
Anyways, the magazine usually reserves a small section that notes any errors that may have been made in the last issue or other past issues. Sort of a "my bad" section I guess.
So chalk it up to poor performance from an old ex-employee, or the fact that there's a good number of people here at Source Interlink who do a great job converting files and processing data, but don't really have a good understanding of cars.

That makes sense.
