i can see what S12 wants to do but i think, no offense bro, family should come first before making some power under the hood to the Rav4

It's a 200sx, bro. I know what you're saying, but right now my daily just lost overdrive and I have no other option but to overhaul the trans. The 200sx is a long term project that I don't see my self starting any time soon and my Rav4 is in need of some love. I've been looking at a transmission on a site called IPT or www.importperformancetrans.com and they have what I need for the immediate. I can only go 35mph and it BITES. LOL! I'll manage till I get what I want. Besides, the stock engine on the 200sx is in pieces and I have to decide on which is more practicle to fix first. The Rav has the priority for right now.
I still want to pour coin into my 200sx, but it is what it is, my brothers in tuning.
I got labeled as an addict on here. I think it's cool. Or is it...?

Not mine. I'm the only tech in the family. I have cousins that are techs, but they live in West Palm Beach, Fl. Long distance teching doesn't work too well. LOL!

best time so far when i had it at 500 horses was 11.53 which is okay but i am aiming for the 8 second range for laughs. i haven't tested it since i got it to about a little over 1,000 horses. my grandfather did the work and i painted it. after he passed away last saturday i can't even look at it because it brings back painful memories.

Dude! I'm sorry to hear that news, bro. I hope things are well, though. In time you'll get it on the track and run it in his honor. Don't rush things just yet. A grand dad like yours that would do what he did with you is a great grand dad. I wish I could have met him.

The trunk, the front hood closest to the glass, on the sides of the 1/4 panels. That's some thing to be proud of, bro. Any where it can be seen is good. I don't think any one would say any thing negative about where it would sit. I know I wouldn't let any one say any thing bad about that. I would portray it proudly any where on the car.

i'm thinking of putting his name on the engine by laser engraving. then in my last post put it on the entire car. make it like a cutsom Mystic Silver or Mystic Blue for the paint job but that's gonna run at most around $15,000. i might just take it to the Pinks All Out show in Detroit and Denver to see what it can do now.

Those ideas are awsome, bro. Very original. You'll do really well at the PAOS in Detroit and Denver. Just make sure it's purring right before you go and make adjustments for altitude as needed. Little things like that will make or brake your engine performance. I know you're way ahead of me on that, though. Good luck if you go, bro.

you were right bro i was already ahead of you on that. thanks. i will do my best to get in the quick 8 since i don't want to de-tune the Reaper. it wouldn't be fair for the other races if i tried for the all out 16. i already got the altitude set up for Denver, Detroit, Gainesville, and Las Vegas
