depends on what you want.  if your looking to boost high then turbo's, but turbo's require many more components, piping as well as a piggyback ecu to control it all.  If you tune it wrong you risk blowing it.  If your looking for higher relability and decent numbers i would say supercharge it, itll eat some more gas but there isnt too much to the install, just bolt it on and go.

what kind of number are you aiming for? do u have a set psi u want to run? where in the rpm's do u want the power? are u building your motor for boost or do u have stock internals? it all depends on the driving u do? w/ a turbo you can always turn up the boost and tune w/ fuel computer(as long as the intrnals are upgraded). there's alot of components! the sneezing sound is cool too. just don't get a BIG turbo or you'll be lagging. super charger is quick off the throttle(good out of corners), but boost is limited. u can get it intercooled, smaller pulleys, fuel pump, piggyback ecu, etc. Have u thought about maybe porting and polishing the head for better efficiency and torque, along w/ a cam(s) and throttle body.u would have better response. eitherway, stainless steel valves would come in handy since they will be seeing alot of heat from the turbo or supercharger. it all depends on how u drive. good luck

turbos, more power if u tune with them right plus almost endless peaks like the others have said, superchargers r bad currently in this new day and age.
