I have always loved the 240sx and the sr20, but I can't get my hands on a 240. There are plenty of Integras available where I live and I was wondering if it was possible to have an sr20 in an Integra? Then I thought... an integras FWD, could you mate a sr20 to a FWD drivetrain? and if not could you convert an integra to RWD if you could get a complete 240 drivetrain? Also are there any other cars that aren't a nissan that I could get an sr20 into without extensive mods? Thanks.

what the *** is that supposed to mean? At least I'm trying to be unique and origional. Unlike most of the friggin so called "tuners" out there with ur cofee can exhausts and ridiculous bodykits, and ur huge spoilers that u can't even call spoilers because they're not functional at all. Have u ever seen in sr20 in anything other than 240sx? I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person bored with sr20 swaps into 240's. It's also pretty hard to find a 240 where I live so putting an sr20 in something else is an alternative for nissan lover who can't get a 240 or other nissan.  

its possible cause when i was in japan there were front wheel drive cars with the sr20, all you got to do is get your hands on one of those tranys so good luck with that  

The 1991-1994 Sentra SE-R came with a SR20, so did a 91-93 NX2000, all 200SX SE-Rs, 2000+01 Sentra SE, and all G20's. There are both RWD and FWD SR20.  

Man, you're going to tick off the Honda purists. SR20 is a good motor, but the K20 is a more modern design. When you're crossing brands, you're probably going to run into more headaches, but it's possible. I say go for it.    

It would be cool, but I'd cut out all of the extra work and just buy a Sentra SE-R.  

Don't waste your time on an Interga its much cheaper to buy any of the cars mentioned above.  Any of these cars can have Bluebird, Avenir, or GTiR motor swap.  Its much cheaper and proven to work.  Im push on my daily driver 93 Sentra Se-r around 270whp, and my buds with stock internals are pushing 400+whp. Agreed with most of the other replies. It's way more work than it should be. If you're going to swap a motor, get a K20. There is an enormous following and tons of aftermarket support for the K series motors, and you can get an incredible amount of power out of it, or you can keep it mostly stock and still maintain tons of reliability with that choice. You won't have problems finding motor mounts, or anything like that because it's not exactly a frontier topic anymore. If you want to be unique, you can have someone custom fab motor mounts, but I don't exactly know how easy it will be finding a tranny with will mate perfectly to the motor and not give you any fitment troubles. Frankly, this type of work is reserved for advanced shops and people with limitless bank accounts.
