I have a 1995 Acura Integra LS. Completely stock except for my stereo. i wanted the GSR, but i got the LS for free, so can't complain. But i want to improve my cars performance. Whats a good place to start? Should i do a engine swap, what kind of engine should i go with, how much, and labor cost. Would it be better to sell my LS and get a GSR?

the LS is very workable with what it has, actually. its a great candidate for boost. also though, there is plenty out there for an NA build. you can also do an ls/vtec build, but those get tricky. something you can start with is a transmission swap-- the transmissions off the b16 from the civic Si's are great to make it quicker.
if i hadnt found this 200SX i would've gotten an LS haha, been researching the options for months. piecing together a turbo kit, well or buying a kit, is probably best for these. but there is also a lot out for them for a motor build, too.
suspension wise, look into ground control coilover kits, theyre pretty nice.
i would reccomend turboing it, if your budget allows. a GSR would be a better starting platform sure, but once you boost it, the ls being non-vtec wont matter.
