whats out of your price range?
How about Cam Gears, motor mount inserts, short shifter, suspension upgrades like coilovers or maybe a set of new springs and shocks/struts, sway/strut bars, those are some relatively cheap upgrades.

take 20 bucks and buy a cam seal..its does wonders to keep an engine bay clean .. cam gears and motor mounts are always good.. shot of juice maybe?

Well what kind of adjustable suspension do you have?
I would recommend upgrading your rear swaybar to the from your 19mm to the 22mm type r rear sway. You are going to need either the beaks kit or bsq mounting kit in order for it not to rip out of the chassis. Theres also the ASR subframe reinforcment and comptech subframe reinforcement/lower tie bar which cost a bit more than the beaks and bsq.
You should also consider replacing all your suspension bushings since it will make a difference since they should be worn if they were never replaced in your 95. I'm about to replace all of mine and I have chosen to just replace my lower control arms with ones from omni power which come with new bushings instead of dealing with the hassels of pressing out the LCA bushings.

definitely upgrade the rear sway bar, makes quite the difference in a fwd car. you may want to look into some wheels maybe or even just tires. if you want body mods im sure 1500 is more than enough for a full lip kit, or cf hood
