so I managed to saved up about $3000 and planning to do an SR swap on my 240sx but I was thinking about going with a RHD conversion as well, so question is this: will I get Pulled over by the popo every time I drive the car?, is it legal? any info I can get will help me a lot!  

I believe as long as the car passes inspection/smog/emissions, whatever your state requires, you should be good.  

well legally speaking i am not sure about the rhd drive conversion.  but the sr20 swap for sure isnt legal, and 50's these days can catch that pretty easily.  had a friend with just an sr20 swap and got pulled over for it, even though the body was stock (sleeper).
