i drove (for a short time) a c6 6-speed on monday at porsche cayman training.  i was excited to drive it at first.  it shifted well and the power is great.  however, once i got inside, well this *** car is so oversized it's stupid.  i joked that it shared its center console from the HUMMER parts bin because it was so wide - you would never in a million years instantly grab the hand-brake if you needed to quickly.

also, i cant see around the fenders - the car is so wide that it barely made it around the auto-x course (they actually widened the course just for the corvette afer my session, mind you that the other 4 cars made it through easily).  maybe if i was 6'10" 250lbls and had a super-sized course to drive on, i would have liked it more.

Umm... u'd have to be on crack to only think a skyline is a good car... im so sick of all these damned pre-pubecent children getting all hyped 'omg, omg, omg, a skyline... woo.. hoo...' ugh, If i was a mod i'd close every single thread that said ANYTHING like 'omg, skylines r teh rox0rs' unless it was commenting on how nice someones skyline looks ect... SKYLINES ARENT THAT GREAT!!!!!!!!

RX7's are *** sweet cars, light as hell, handle like they're on rails, ect. in fact, mazda had made two VERY good autocross cars (omfg, yes, something OTHER than 1/4 mile racing)... hows about a Miata? If you dont respect a miata then you shouldnt touch a car, seriously. I watched one run only 3.2 seconds slower than a built up F1/Indy styled kit car (basically a go-kart with a GIXXER engine)... and the miata had NO engine performance other than intake/exhaust... granted it had some nice coil-overs. but nothing even touched that cars time.

hey i drive a handa yeah rigth now its slow as hell top speed is only 126mph, but i dont race cars i know are faster then me so they ones that do that are just stuped. but when i go out in my firo im a import killer. with a 3800 supercharged motor thats been blueprinted and a full custom ferrari suspension. i still have not been able to slide in a coner i have even been to the dragons tale and it just turns    no matter how sharp. i want to drift  reely bad.
