not trying to seem like im dissin anyone, but why are you racing civics in an rx7? shouldn't you race cars that are in your league? I'd love to see you try to race stock VR4's, Supras, and 300zx's. that would be interesting

my car with just an intake and exhaust do 13 flats on a quarter, is that good enough? its a 6 cylinder and 2.6 liter with i dunno it says twin turbo in it and intercooler. i have a wing that im pretty sure is made out of oak, and my dyno came out to be 370 from the fly and 320 to the wheels. they call it godzilla coz i think its ugly like that big monster. heres a picture of it

Hey man sweet car. But onto the subjuct at hand, I street race yet i have no intake or exaust my car is actualy completly stock. To me racing isn't about winning or loseing its about the experence of the race, the adrenalin pumpingu up for it and the n the race. To me thats a wonderful feeling. But i will agree with you on the fact that a neon kit won't give your more horses in fact if will slow you down, it ways you down and it use up your battery witch will decrease the amout of electricity to your plugs  and thats not good. What pisses me off about ricers are civic mostly but FF drive car that have these HUGE spolers on the back. YOUR SLOWING YOURSELF DOWN. your putting downforce in the back and pulling up the front witch  SLOWS YOU DOWN. But you are correct when you said that you can't properly equip nitrous on a stoke engine youl'll 'f up every thing inside of your car. that why the fist things im getting are piston, new block, racing rods, rings, FR drive tranny, and clutch, mostly stuff like that.  

i wasnt really referring to ur type of car, which is a sport/gt car.i was mostly referring to those lil hondas which are built for econoic driving, and others in that league.  

are you gonna build it all yourself?  

What wrong with neons? They make everything look more exciting then usual! And there major wieght is a huge disadvantage.. NOT, If you dont care about winning or losing then why do you care if people put neon kits on there cars?!
You should be worrying about your beater and not the person that has the underglow. Besides its more of an advantage to you anyway.
