I have a 1992 Typhoon that has been completely gone through. So I purchased the New HKS controller that reads in PSI. After installation I found out that it won't work without a voltage reducing module. So I purchased this added item also. Now I did this after much pain and fustration and lots of questions still unanswered. I installed this little module and it works up to about 2400 RPM and then cuts out. So is there any help out there the wiring and instructions are all in Japanizzzee. I need to talk to someone who knows about these little HKS bad boys.

if the module works up to a certain point and cuts out it is probably a bad ground somewhere. double check the wiring then go from there.
