I love when I go to my local Friday night drags and see a 70's Chevelle SS with a 454 fly by a piece of crap Honda!
Or a 68 Nova, 70 Charger.
I still love imports, but muscle owns dudes....

WOW!!! I am so impressed. That must have been challenging. Much honor in that race.

Maybe in the 1/8th, but your factory 440 in a Cudi even with the six-pack setup only ran 14 to high 13s in the 1/4.

Ever heard of the "converse accident"? In a vehicle many parts come together to form a machine such as a Dodge Viper of which most of us know is very fast but that is not absolute. One factor which will make a brake a fast automobile such as a Viper is the driver. No one seems to understand that.

Who cares about 1/4 mile. Lets take it to the freeway or long distance and see if muscle stands up against imports. Muscle is great for 1/4 mile but are too expensive to maintain. I love to hear the sound of turbo.

i love when muscle cars try to turn
i do agree that imports should not drag race though. if i was into drag racing, i would definitely not buy a honda

If you put enough money into anything you will be any kind. Muscle or import. I love imports though.

no ones gonna argue that in a straight line, old and new american muscle cars have a good platform to start. I love these cars, but at the same time understand how good of car, as a whole, they really are..... not very good.
I have a 12 sec rsx-s which is plenty fast and still my daily driver and very reliable.
