BMW it has a far better racing platform. Teams like DTMPower
can really help you tune the car.

the 318ti is an unloved car for a reason. bmw's 4 bangers are nowhere near the quality of their inline 6's. the acura would be a better buy for all reasons but one - it's much more likely to get stolen. if you have a watchdog guarding your garage, the acura will be easier and cheaper to build, and despite it being fwd vs rwd, i would give it thumbsup over this particular bmtroubleyoo
